1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Paperlink and related features provided by DONGARE ENTERPRISES. By creating an account, accessing a feature that requires acceptance, or using Paperlink where these Terms are presented, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Paperlink service

Paperlink provides tools for creating public profiles, publishing links and content, connecting audiences, viewing analytics and using supported commerce and creator features. Features can vary by plan, region, device and product version. We may add, change or discontinue features as the platform develops.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide information that is accurate and keep it updated.
• Keep your credentials confidential and use reasonable security practices.
• Do not sell, transfer or share an account in a way that violates these Terms or creates security risk.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
• Choose usernames and profile information that do not impersonate others or intentionally infringe rights.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in content you create and upload. You grant Paperlink the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence needed to host, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt for technical formatting and otherwise process that content solely to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service and to perform functions you request. Public content may be visible to anyone and may be copied by visitors.

5. Paperlink intellectual property

The Paperlink software, service design, trademarks, logos, interfaces, documentation and platform materials are owned by or licensed to DONGARE ENTERPRISES. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or create a competing service from them.

6. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Standards. Prohibited activity includes unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, security attacks, malware, spam, infringement, deceptive impersonation and abuse of platform systems.

7. Third-party services

Paperlink may integrate with payment providers, social networks, media hosts, analytics providers and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies may apply independently. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

8. Paid plans and payments

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals and taxes are shown at the applicable checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Products and user sales

Where users sell products through Paperlink, the seller is generally responsible for the product, price, fulfilment, taxes, returns and legal obligations. Paperlink may provide technical checkout or payment infrastructure without becoming the seller of the underlying product.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties or our legal interests, including for serious or repeated policy violations, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account closure through available controls or support.

11. Service availability and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paperlink is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DONGARE ENTERPRISES is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any mandatory statutory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Specific paid-service limitations may also be stated at checkout or in an applicable order agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security needs or business changes. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required. Continued use after an effective update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to mandatory rights.
