Community Standards

Rules for creating, sharing and interacting on Paperlink, designed to protect users, audiences and the integrity of the platform.

Effective: October 1, 2026DONGARE ENTERPRISES

1. Purpose

Paperlink is a publishing and audience platform. Community Standards explain the baseline for content and behaviour so people can use profiles, links, messages, commerce tools and public pages without being exposed to unlawful, abusive or seriously harmful activity.

2. Content and behaviour we do not allow

  • Sexual exploitation, sexual abuse of minors, grooming or any content that facilitates exploitation.
  • Credible threats of violence, instructions intended to facilitate serious physical harm, or content that glorifies real-world violent abuse.
  • Content that meaningfully facilitates self-harm or suicide, including encouragement or instructions.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualised private imagery and sexual deepfakes shared without the required rights or consent.
  • Targeted harassment, credible threats, stalking, doxxing or publication of another person's sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Impersonation intended to deceive people about the identity of an individual, organisation or brand.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, malware distribution, credential theft or other attempts to compromise people or systems.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Illegal goods, services or transactions, subject to applicable law and payment-provider restrictions.
  • Spam, deceptive engagement schemes, automated abuse and attempts to manipulate platform systems or analytics.

3. Sensitive and mature content

Some lawful material may be sensitive to visitors. Where Paperlink provides a sensitive-content or audience-control feature, users are responsible for using it accurately and for complying with local law. We may restrict material where the risk, legal requirements or safety impact warrants it.

4. Misleading or harmful information

Do not use Paperlink to deliberately deceive visitors through fabricated identities, fake endorsements, manipulated evidence or materially misleading claims. We may act on content that creates a significant risk of fraud, public harm or abuse. Ordinary disagreement, commentary and good-faith opinion are not automatically violations.

5. Reports and enforcement

We may investigate reports using available information and may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate access when we determine that the platform rules or applicable law require action. Enforcement can include urgent action where there is a safety, security or legal risk.

  • We may request additional information before deciding a report.
  • Where appropriate, we may provide an explanation or appeal route.
  • Repeat or severe violations may result in stronger restrictions.
  • Legal requests from competent authorities may require disclosure or preservation of information as permitted by law.

6. Appeals

If an enforcement action is taken against your account or content, you may contact support@paperlink.bio with the relevant profile or content URL, the action you are appealing and the reason you believe it should be reconsidered. Appeals are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Updates

We may update these Standards as Paperlink evolves, laws change or new forms of abuse emerge. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the version currently published.
