Effective: October 1, 2026DONGARE ENTERPRISES

1. Scope

This Distance Sales Information applies where a transaction made through Paperlink qualifies as a distance sale under the consumer laws of the customer's jurisdiction. It supplements the seller's pre-contract information and does not replace mandatory local consumer protections.

2. Pre-contract information

Before completing a purchase, the buyer should be given material information required by applicable law, including the seller's identity and contact details, product or service characteristics, total price and applicable charges, payment method, delivery terms, cancellation or withdrawal rights and any relevant exceptions.

3. Order and confirmation

An order is subject to the checkout flow and any acceptance conditions stated by the seller. The buyer should receive an electronic confirmation or transaction record where required by law.

4. Cancellation or withdrawal

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, the buyer may exercise that right in the manner required by local law, subject to lawful exceptions. Digital content, personalised goods, services already fully performed and other categories may have different rules depending on jurisdiction.

5. Delivery and refunds

The seller remains responsible for delivery and refunds according to the applicable transaction terms and consumer law. Payment providers may have separate dispute and chargeback procedures.

6. Contact

For questions about a particular product or order, contact the seller identified at checkout. For Paperlink platform support, contact support@paperlink.bio.
