Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
How Paperlink handles copyright, trademarks, impersonation and other intellectual-property concerns.
1. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you create and have the rights to publish. By using Paperlink, you give us the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display and deliver that content as part of the service. You are responsible for obtaining third-party permissions where required.
2. Paperlink intellectual property
Paperlink's software, product design, branding, logos, templates, interfaces, documentation and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to DONGARE ENTERPRISES and its licensors. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute or create a competing service from those materials.
3. Copyright reports
If you believe content on Paperlink infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@paperlink.bio with the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
4. Trademark and brand complaints
Trademark owners may report unauthorised uses that are likely to cause confusion, including deceptive impersonation or misuse of a protected mark. Provide the relevant registration or rights information, the affected URL and an explanation of the alleged infringement.
5. Counter-notices and disputes
Where applicable law provides a counter-notice or dispute process, we may provide the relevant process after receiving a valid report. We may remove or restrict material while a rights dispute is assessed where permitted by law.
6. Impersonation and identity
Do not create a profile designed to mislead visitors into believing you are another person, company or organisation. Parody, commentary and fan pages must not be presented deceptively as official accounts.
