Acceptable Use Policy
Clear rules for responsible use of Paperlink, including security, anti-abuse, content, commerce and platform-integrity requirements.
1. Lawful use
You may use Paperlink only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to you, your audience and your business. You are responsible for obtaining licences, registrations, permissions and consents required for your content, offers and communications.
2. Security and technical abuse
- Do not probe, scan or test Paperlink systems without written authorisation.
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls or security mechanisms.
- Do not upload malware, ransomware, destructive code or files designed to compromise systems.
- Do not use bots or automation to create accounts, scrape profiles or generate artificial traffic unless Paperlink expressly provides that functionality.
- Do not interfere with service availability or intentionally create excessive load.
3. Fraud, spam and deception
- No phishing, credential harvesting, fake login pages or deceptive redirects.
- No fraudulent investment, financial, giveaway or impersonation schemes.
- No bulk unsolicited messages or campaigns that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
- No artificial clicks, views, followers or engagement intended to manipulate analytics or rankings.
- No misleading claims about affiliation with Paperlink, DONGARE ENTERPRISES or another person or organisation.
4. Content and rights
You must have the rights needed to publish the content you upload or link to. You must not use Paperlink to facilitate infringement, unlawful distribution, privacy violations or unauthorised use of another person's identity or intellectual property.
5. Commerce
Commerce features may not be used for prohibited goods, unlawful services, fraudulent transactions or activity restricted by our payment partners. Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, taxes, fulfilment, refunds and legal obligations applicable to their sales.
6. Enforcement
We may restrict content, features or accounts that violate this policy, the Terms of Service, Community Standards, payment-provider rules or applicable law. We may also preserve relevant information or cooperate with lawful requests when required or permitted.
