Seller & Commerce Terms

Terms for creators and businesses that use Paperlink's product, order, checkout and commerce features.

Effective: October 1, 2026DONGARE ENTERPRISES

1. Seller responsibility

If you use Paperlink to list or sell products, you are the seller or service provider responsible for the transaction unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. You must provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, delivery details and legally required disclosures.

2. Products and prohibited transactions

  • Do not list illegal goods or services.
  • Do not misrepresent the identity, condition, origin, price or availability of a product.
  • Do not sell goods or services prohibited by the payment processor or applicable law.
  • Do not use checkout tools for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud or other financial crime.

3. Payments

Supported payment providers process payments under their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payout and tax information and for complying with provider requirements. Payment processing may be suspended where the provider identifies risk or a policy violation.

4. Orders, fulfilment and returns

Sellers are responsible for accepting, fulfilling, shipping, delivering and supporting orders. Sellers must honour legally required cancellation, refund, warranty and return rights. If you cannot fulfil an order, you should promptly communicate with the buyer and issue any required refund.

5. Taxes and compliance

Sellers are responsible for determining and paying taxes, duties, fees and registrations applicable to their sales. Paperlink does not provide tax or legal advice and does not determine whether a seller has a tax obligation.

6. Buyer disputes and chargebacks

Sellers must respond promptly to legitimate buyer questions, refund requests and payment disputes. Payment providers may reverse transactions or hold funds under their rules. Paperlink may restrict commerce functionality when disputes, fraud signals or repeated non-fulfilment create risk.

7. Commerce suspension

We may disable product listings, checkout or seller functionality where necessary for safety, payment-provider compliance, legal obligations or repeated policy violations. Account suspension does not remove a seller's obligations to fulfil valid orders or provide legally required refunds.
